Hello Parents of Campers–
During our summer 2019 culinary camps, we will have fun learning about the industry of food. We welcome your junior chefs and foodies to learn kitchen fundamentals and cook tasty & exciting foods in a real kitchen setting. Our hands-on contextual programs are housed at several locations in the West Philadelphia. Campers will work alongside professional chefs and food educators to learn basic cooking skills and techniques while tasting and sampling their own creations. The picture above is an actual creation from a camper from Summer 2018 while learning about Asia. We immerse the campers into the culture of the region through the introduction of time, space, & food.
RSVP is required. Spots are limited.
Open House Highlights:
After the welcome, your junior chefs will participate in hands-on prepping and cooking and unique demonstrations. The Parents Presentation begins at 1:30. The parent’s presentations should last 30-45 minutes. Meanwhile, your campers are enjoying an experience with our educators including our candy-maker, chefs, bakers, & instuctors. Their workshops will conclude around 2:30/3:00 PM.

There is a free parking lot available with an entrance on 46th street. There is also street parking on Chestnut Street. The High School is accessible by SEPTA.

The Kitchen is located on the 3rd floor. Let us know if you need special accommodations otherwise, the kitchen is located on the 3rd floor.

ENTER Blue Doors that are accessed from the parking lot walkway. We will meet you there and walk up the steps to the 3rd Floor kitchen area.
