The Ursuline Education & Wellness Center ministry welcomes you to our Yoga Stretch classes. Classes are offered Tuesdays, Fridays, and on two Saturdays each month. You can be a member of SilverSneakers member, Silver-n-Fit, Renew/Active and AARP/Medicare Supplemental Insurance, or just come on your own.
This class is designed to move your body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is used to preform various positions intended to enhance flexibility, balance, and range of movement.
