Ultimate Auction 2018: Every Gift Has a Story – What is Yours?
The Auction’s goal is to benefit all Cedar Valley Catholic Schools families by supplementing the budget and allowing the system to keep tuition and other student expenses in check.
The average cost to educate one student within the system is nearly $6,500. Tuition and parish support account for approximately 94 percent of that cost. That leaves a “gap” of $450 per student, the difference between the actual cost of education and the funds available from tuition and parish support.
Over the past 28 years the Ultimate Auction has raised over $2.5 million and continues to play a key role in filling that gap for all CVCS students. This is a powerful example of faith in our future: providing faith, knowledge, discipline and service to all of our families.
